Liz is a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist at New Wings Hypnotherapy. She works with clients who are interested in exploring how
the mind can help them overcome their personal issues. They have probably already tried other ways of dealing with their lack of confidence, poor sleep, fears or weight issues. However, they still haven’t discovered the root cause of why their efforts repeatedly fail to reach the desired effect. What they haven’t anticipated is that the solution to their problems could be much simpler than they’d imagined. Through hypnotherapy, Liz aims to help her clients recognise their inner strengths to access the bright and happy future they truly deserve.
Since 2006 when New Wings Hypnotherapy first took flight, Liz has helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals. Although hypnotherapy has evolved continuously since those early days, Liz has embraced this explosion of knowledge whilst keeping things simple and not overcomplicating what is in fact a very natural process we all experience on a daily basis.
Liz has had a long and interesting career in both the public and private sectors, which helps her understand the challenges and problems faced by individuals from all walks of life and with varying backgrounds.
Throughout her four years working in partnership with the ‘NHS Tees Valley Condition Management Programme’, Liz worked alongside a multidisciplinary team tasked to help those with mild to moderate health conditions. The programme was a huge success and was welcomed and appreciated by the many individuals who participated in it.
More recently she joined the ’The Seven Wellbeing Centre’ complementary therapy team. From acupuncture to massage, hypnotherapy to reiki, the Centre provided much needed support for patients of the Butterwick Hospice and their families.
Liz is a registered member of the ‘National Council of Psychotherapists’ and ‘The Association for Professional Hypnosis & Psychotherapy and fully insured to provide you with a service that is both professional and confidential.
